Why do I need to answer a question when purchasing tickets?
As this is competition, you are required to correctly answer the question to be entered into our draw.
Do I need to live in the UK to enter?
Yes, all of our competition are open to UK residents ONLY.
How do I pay for my tickets?
Payment will be taken securely via our secure payment portal, Paytriot. We will never ask for payment details out with this portal.
How do you assign numbers to my tickets?
Once you complete checkout, you will be assigned a ticket number to each ticket. Our entry list will be available to all entrants during the live draw .
What data will be shown on the entry lists?
Only your name & ticket number will be displayed on the entry lists which will be visible in our live draw, we will never share any other data.
What is ‘The Connoisseur’s Code’?
When we release a new bottle, we will post ‘The Connoisseur’s Code’ on our Facebook Page and on our newsletter. It will contain a discount code of 50% on ticket purchases from ALL competitions from our site.
How old do you have to be to enter?
You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets to enter our competitions.
How is the winner chosen?
We then use Google random number generator to during a live feed on Facebook from our office to determine the winning ticket number(s), this ensures the integrity and purity of the draw.
What if I can’t watch the draw?
If you cannot watch or miss the draw, we post the live draw videos on our Facebook page. We will also contact winners via email, phone or Facebook messenger to inform them of the great news.
What If I Live outside the UK?
Our competitions are only available to residents of the UK due to UK customs and exports regulations.
How Long does Delivery take?
We use the UK’s most prestigious next day tracked courier DPD. Please allow up to a week due to draws taking place on a Thursday night. For winners out with the mainland UK, we will contact you to discuss delivery times.
What if you don’t sell all the tickets?
As long as we sell 60% of the tickets per draw, then the draw will go ahead on the date stated, if we do not sell 60%, then the draw date will simply be extended by one week. If, after the additional week there is still not 60% of the tickets sold, the draw will go ahead regardless.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase as many tickets as you like. This will increase your odds of winning, however we would always encourage our Connoisseurs to purchase responsibly.
What if my bottle is damaged upon receipt?
All our bottles are insured to the full market value during transit. We would need the package, and its contents returned to us to commence a claim on your behalf. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
I have purchased tickets, but haven’t I received an email confirmation?
Please check you spam/junk folder.
Can I request specific distillers/bottle’s for future competitions?
Yes! We encourage our fellow connoisseurs to request certain bottles or release’s. We will endeavour based on collective interest to obtain these bottles.
